Escalation Setup

When adding escalation contacts, you'll be prompted to confirm that you have their consent and that they understand they'll receive messages on your behalf.

You can manage your consent preferences at any time through your account settings, with separate controls for different types of communications.

Escalation Contact Rights

People you designate as escalation contacts have specific rights:
